If a return is needed send a message through the contact form.

If an item arrives defective a free return label will be sent over. Once the item is sent back it will be refunded.

If the return is for any reason other than being defective the buyer will pay for return shipping. Once the item is sent back it will be refunded.

Processing time for non-custom orders is 5-7 days. Custom order processing time is determined when the order is placed depending on what the order entails.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. If you are located elsewhere please message me and we may be able to work shipping out.
