Processing time for non-custom orders is 5-7 days. Custom order processing time is determined when the order is placed depending on what the order entails.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. If you are located elsewhere please message me and we may be able to work shipping out.

If a return is needed send a message through the contact form.

If an item arrives defective a free return label will be sent over. Once the item is sent back it will be refunded.

If the return is for any reason other than being defective the buyer will pay for return shipping. Once the item is sent back it will be refunded.

A majority of the plushies we make are made using safety eyes, which are not suitable for children under 3 years of age, as they pose a choking hazard. If you would like a plush that is typically made with safety eyes to be made baby safe, please add it as a note to your order and we can make sure to do yarn eyes.

In general the best way to clean any crochet item is to hand wash in cold soapy water, rinse the item, squeeze out excess water, and then let it air dry completely.
